MP for Ofoase-Ayeribi, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, says buying two new presidential jets should not be a priority while Ghana is still battling serious economic and social problems.
Speaking on GTV, he stressed that the country is only beginning to recover from a tough economic period, with many citizens facing poor healthcare, unemployment, and incomplete infrastructure.
According to him, focusing on luxury for the presidency while these challenges persist sends the wrong message.
He urged leaders to stop politicising such issues and instead concentrate on fixing healthcare, creating jobs, and completing critical projects that directly benefit Ghanaians.
