“I think it’s a lot of water, I eat a lot of plants, I eat a lot of fibre, food that is good for my intestines. I don’t eat anything after 5 PM,” he explained.
According to him, this habit has helped him maintain not just his physique but also his overall well-being as he clocks half a century.
