A Presidential Staffer, Nana Yaa Jantuah, has praised President John Dramani Mahama for his honesty and sincerity during his recent media engagement.
Speaking on Channel One TV’s The Big Issue on Saturday, September 13, Jantuah said the president’s remarks reflected consistency and transparency, noting that he spoke openly and in line with what he has often said in internal meetings.
“This was a very genuine person speaking, not covering everything up,” she said.
“He didn’t say anything different from what he’s been saying at various meetings we’ve been having at the Flagstaff House.”
Jantuah stressed that Mahama’s willingness to speak plainly, without twisting facts or avoiding difficult truths, is a strong mark of good leadership.
“I saw a very truthful person. I saw somebody who wasn’t forcing himself to lie but say it as it is, no matter what — and that is a very good mark of a leader,” she added.
