The Chief Executive Officer of the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), Abigail Elorm Mensah, has disclosed that the institution is owed debts exceeding GHS430 million. A 26-year-old man, Isaac Peprah, popularly known as “Happiness,” has been convicted by the Adabraka District Court after pleading guilty to stealing laptops and appliances from the Ministry of Finance Annex “E” Treasury Block in Accra.
