Government has made available GHC130 million to resume the reconstruction of La General Hospital. This was announced by the Minister for Health, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh when he paid a working visit to the site on Thursday, October 9, 2025. The reconstruction of the La General Hospital has lingered since 2020 after the old facility was demolished.
