Felix Kwakye Ofosu has clarified the function and continuing impact of the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) Committee, the team set up to gather allegations of corruption from the public. According to him, ORAL was never mandated to prosecute or conduct detailed investigations. It was created as a preliminary information collection body, meant to sift through public submissions and forward credible leads to state agencies.
