The family of a Minnesota postal worker has filed a federal lawsuit after police and correctional officers allegedly ignored signs of his stroke for hours, and he died in custody. A man pretending to be a veterinary officer has been arrested in Begoro, Fanteakwa North District, after allegedly causing the deaths of several animals through improper treatments.
