Tamale, August 24, 2025 – The Member of Parliament for Tamale North, Hon. Alhassan Suhuyini, and Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways, conducted an inspection of ongoing infrastructure projects within his constituency, including vital road upgrades and the construction of the Nyansheigu Bridge.

During the site visit, Hon. Suhuyini highlighted the significance of these projects, stating, “This project exemplifies the government’s dedication to improving infrastructure and connectivity in Tamale North. The new bridge and upgraded roads will facilitate better transportation and elevate the living standards of our residents.”

He further called for collaborative efforts to ensure the timely and successful completion of these initiatives, emphasizing their potential to foster local prosperity and growth.

Echoing these sentiments, Hon. Abdulai Imoro Gong, the Sagnarigu Municipal Chief Executive, expressed confidence that the completed road and bridge projects would significantly contribute to the municipality’s development efforts.

He noted that improved infrastructure would not only enhance connectivity but also boost revenue generation, paving the way for additional developmental initiatives in the region.

The projects underscore the government’s ongoing commitment to infrastructural development, aimed at promoting economic growth and improving residents’ quality of life in Tamale North.
