Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank has named Black Stars midfielder Mohammed Kudus in his starting line-up against Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Super Cup.

The two European champions clash in Friuli Venezia Giulia in Udinese, Italy on Wednesday night.

Frank, who replaced Ange Postecoglou at the end of last season, has named a strong line-up for the game against the UEFA Champions League winners.

New captain of Spurs Cristian Romero will lead the team from the tunnel.

Ghanaian-born Austrian defender Kevin Danso has also been named in the squad.

In post will be Italian Guglielmo Vicario.

Romero and Danso will be joined in defence by Pedro Porro and Micky van de Ven.

Aside Kudus, the midfield will be manned by Rodrigo Bentancur, Joao Palhinhna and Pape Matar Sarr.

Leading the attack will be Djed Spence and Richarlison.

The substitutes for Spurs are goalkeepers Antonin Kinsky and Brandon Austin, Ben Davies, Luka Vuskovic, Jun’ai Bayfield, Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall, Wilson Odobert, Mathys Tel, Brennan Johnson and Dominic Solanke.

PSG’s starting line-up includes Achraf Hakimi, Ousmane Dembélé, Marquinhos, Nuno Mendes, Vitinha and Désiré Doué.

Kick-off is 7:00pm.
