Mini-tips: Write to someone first, join a new group, audition for a role, try a new hobby, confess your love. If the outcome could be good, definitely give it a try.

Take risks.
Write to someone first, join a new group, audition for a role, try a new hobby, confess your love. If the outcome could be good, definitely give it a try.

Don’t stay in bed all the time.
Walk the streets and observe the people passing by. Visit the nearest coffee shop, sit down and reflect on the lives of strangers there. Be part of this world, don’t isolate yourself from it.

Start over. It’s okay if you’re currently somewhere you didn’t want to be. You can start something new, whether it’s a new homework assignment, new fitness goals, beginning treatment, or a new phase of self-care. You control your life, and you can turn it around by changing your mindset and lifestyle.

Don’t stop.
Don’t overthink the future and scary possibilities. Don’t let failures define your future. Don’t dream about what “could have been.” If something can’t be changed, don’t dwell on it.

Love who you are . You don’t have to be the smartest in your group, but you can definitely lift people’s spirits with your presence. You can make mistakes, but you are strong and can learn from them.
