Ghana has confirmed 38 new cases of Mpox bringing the total to 782.
According to the Ghana Health Service in its last update dated October 24, 2025, the death toll remains 3 with no admission.
Vaccination is also ongoing in selected communities within the Western Region.
Mpox spreads mainly through close contact with someone who has the infection.
The GHS has urged the populace to protect themselves and others by maintaining good hygiene and reporting any symptoms such as
* Fever
* Rash
* Headache
* Muscle aches
* Swollen lymph nodes
* Chills
* Tiredness
” The public is advised to visit the nearest health facility immediately if unwell,” the GHS said.
