The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced a review period for candidates to check their school selection and placement entries ahead of the 2025 placement exercise.

According to the Director-General of GES Prof. Ernest Kofi Davis, the review aims to reduce common errors related to school placement, such as mistakes in gender, school codes, or programme codes.

“Candidates will have the opportunity to review the entries they have made, such as gender, school codes or programme codes,” he explained.

The process will be conducted online at www.csses.gov.gh and will be supported by an explainer video to guide both parents and students.

“This will give them the opportunity to review their entries before we go ahead to place them. This will reduce the number of errors that are often associated with placement,” Prof. Davis said.

The review period is scheduled to start on 1st September and end on 8th September, after which the actual placement exercise will commence.
