More than a hundred Nigerians gathered in large numbers to appeal directly to Donald Trump, calling for his intervention in the continued murder of innocent citizens by armed terrorist groups.
What is even more striking is that many of them are not calling on their own president, Ahmed Tinubu, for help. Instead, they are turning to Donald Trump, which shows a deep loss of confidence in their current leadership.
For these citizens, the only person they believe can rescue them from this crisis is Donald Trump.
