“Not every leader understands the power of bringing governance to the people, but Dr Frank Amoakohene does.”
In the Ashanti Region today, we see the projects, we feel the progress, and we hear the updates, not because someone whispered it in a closed room, but because he intentionally uses social media as a window into his work. He has made leadership visible, transparent, and close to home.
But here in Ghana, we have a sad habit, when someone rises and works with excellence, instead of lifting them higher, we try to drag them down.
So I ask those speaking against him, tell us, in what way has his social media presence affected his work negatively?
The truth is, it hasn’t. If anything, it has proven he is a hands-on, committed leader who is wide awake on the job.
Dr. Frank Amoakohene is not waiting for applause to do his work, he is already working. But leaders like him deserve more than silence; they deserve our full support.
Let’s replace our envy with encouragement, our criticism with commendation, and stand behind a man who is doing his very best for the Ashanti Region and for our nation as a whole.
