The Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) has been cited as the single largest offender in a new Corruption Watch investigation that uncovered over GHC5.6 million in fines against public and private institutions for violations of the Right to Information (RTI) law. Deputy Defence Minister, Brogya Genfi, has announced that the Ghana Armed Forces will begin recruitment this week. According to him, GAF will recruit 12,000 personnel over the next three years to reinforce Ghana’s national defence capabilities.
