He has urged fans to keep faith in him, assuring them that he will not let the nation down.
According to the shot stopper, it is his responsibility as a goalkeeper to give his very best whenever he steps onto the pitch for Ghana.
“I want Ghanaians to believe in me and understand me. I will always do my best for the country,” he said.
Asare admitted that no goalkeeper is unbeatable, stressing that every keeper can concede a goal. However, he remains confident in his abilities and is calling on supporters to trust him.
“There is no goalkeeper who cannot be scored against, but I want them to believe that I can do it and deliver for Ghana,” he added.
