The last time you started a record label, we all saw what happened, and that is the difference between you and me. I build people up, and you tear people down. We can never be on the same level.”
— Kwadwo Sheldon, in a recent episode of KSS Yawa of the Day, addressed the ongoing tension involving himself, his worker Eri, and Shatta Wale. He spoke at length, and one key point he highlighted was that he is satisfied with where God has brought him in life, so he will never fear anyone because of their money.
Sheldon added that when Shatta Wale created a record label, he failed to manage the artists under it and ended up fighting them and driving them away. Meanwhile, he (Sheldon) single handedly built KSS from scratch to a level where it has produced many talents and created employment for others, which he says clearly shows the difference between him and Shatta Wale.
According to him, Shatta Wale destroys talents while he brings talents out. He concluded by saying that even if he doesn’t have all the money in the world, he and Shatta Wale can never be on the same level because he, Kwadwo Sheldon, is far ahead.
