Popular Kumawood actress and producer Patricia Osei Boateng has been arrested in connection with an alleged scheme that targeted wealthy men she dated.

Sources close to the investigation reveal that Patricia is accused of dating rich men, gaining their trust, and secretly passing personal information about them to her late husband, Eric Antwi Duku.

Police suspect the information was used to plan and carry out robberies on the unsuspecting victims.

Her husband, Duku, was recently shot dead during a fierce gun battle with the Ashanti Regional Police Command.
The shootout followed an armed robbery at Ohwim Tigo Junction in Kumasi, where Duku and his gang are believed to have operated.

The news has sent shockwaves through the Kumawood film industry, with colleagues and fans struggling to come to terms with the allegations.

Many who knew Patricia personally have described the situation as heartbreaking and hard to believe.
As of now, investigations are still ongoing, and Patricia remains in police custody assisting with inquiries.
The public is watching closely to see how the case unfolds.
