Did you know that Samsung never started as a tech company

In 1938, Samsung began as a grocery trading business in South Korea, selling dried fish, noodles, and other local goods. Nothing about it looked like a future tech powerhouse.

Today, Samsung is one of the world’s leading technology companies, producing smartphones, TVs, semiconductors, and home appliances used by millions across the globe.

And Samsung isn’t the only one with a surprising beginning.

Nokia started in 1865 as a paper mill in Finland. Over time, it ventured into rubber products and cables before eventually becoming a leader in mobile phone technology.

LG also has an interesting story. It began in 1947 as a cosmetics and household chemical company under the name Lak Hui (pronounced “Lucky”). The company later expanded into electronics and eventually became LG, producing the TVs, phones, and appliances we know today.

Here’s the lesson:

Just start. Keep growing. Stay open to change.
Success favors those who keep moving.
