Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has made a deeply personal revelation that has set social media abuzz.

During a TikTok Live session with two other streamers, the actor disclosed that he recently conducted DNA tests on all five of his children.

The results, he said, brought shocking news: one of the children he has raised for nearly nine years is not biologically his.

Lil Win did not reveal which child was affected, adding that the child in question is unaware of the situation.
Despite the emotional weight of the discovery, the actor chose not to let anger take over. Instead, he made a heartfelt decision to continue being a father to the child, just as he has always been.

“I will keep caring for the child, showing love and responsibility like nothing had changed,” he said.
His revelation has sparked a mix of reactions online, some praising his maturity and compassion, others questioning the circumstances that led to the test.

But through it all, Lil Win’s message remains clear: fatherhood goes beyond biology.
