Professor Ransford Gyampo, Acting CEO of the Ghana Shippers Authority, has demanded a public apology and retraction from Dr. George Domfeh after a comment on TV3’s The Key Points allegedly implied he “sleeps with underage girls.”
Gyampo’s lawyers say the remark, made during a policy debate on November 15, 2025, was defamatory, false, and damaging to his reputation.
They have given Dr. Domfeh 24 hours to issue an apology on a platform with similar reach, warning that legal action will follow if he fails to comply.
