A man who was allegedly caught red-handed sleeping with a married woman in her matrimonial home is now begging for forgiveness, but the husband isn’t having any of it.
According to reports, the husband returned home unexpectedly and found the two together.
Instead of taking matters into his own hands, he reportedly handed the suspect over to the police.
In a video that has since gone viral, the suspect is seen confirming the act, admitting that things escalated after “a small touch.
When asked what he planned to do next, he pleaded for leniency. promising to follow traditional protocols
“I will bring the elders and the chief to the woman’s house to apologize to the husband,” he said.
But the woman’s husband was having none of it. He insisted that the apology would not stop him from handing the suspect over to the police, pointing out that the legal system has clear provisions for such offenses.
As of now, it remains unclear whether the suspect has been granted bail or is still in police custody.
