A group of disgruntled youth, led by De-Carthua William, the Assembly Member for Ndaama Electoral Area, staged a demonstration against Gomoa Central Member of Parliament, Hon. Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as A-Plus.

The protest comes in response to the proposed Gomoa Central Special Economic Zone Project.
Demonstrators argue that the project was introduced without proper consultation with local stakeholders, raising concerns about its impact on the community and the decision-making process.

The youth group insists that any development in the area should involve meaningful engagement with residents to ensure their voices are heard.
