The Asantehene Otumfour Osei Tutu has asked the IGP, Mr Christian Tetteh Yohuno to prepare a police uniform for him.
Otumfour Osei Tutu made the request after he paid a visit to the police headquarters earlier today, January 6, 2025.
Otumfour believes that should he get a police uniform, the next time he would pay them a visit, he would wear that instead of dressing like a King as he mostly does. ““Mr IGP please prepare a Police uniform for me so that next time when I am coming, I will be in my Police dress”, he said.
Meanwhile, the Asantehene thanked the IGP for the special treatment following his visit, stating that “I appreciate the warm welcome accorded me and my entourage. I admire the women parade in their uniforms”.
