Doctors aren’t done stitching mum up – X user reacts to Iyabo Ojo’s baby photo

A post announcing Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo’s grandson has stirred reactions—not just for the happy news, but for the accompanying photo.

Lush The Perfume Plug, an X (formerly Twitter) user, shared her thoughts after seeing the picture Iyabo Ojo posted on August 24, 2025, revealing the birth of her grandson, Ayomide Mbakala.

The photo, taken in the delivery room, featured Iyabo Ojo, Priscilla, and the newborn shortly after birth. The announcement coincided with Funke Akindele’s 48th birthday.

Reacting to the image, Lush The Perfume Plug expressed concern over Priscilla still being stitched up after delivery.

“Never seen where they’d post Baby Arrival pictures when the doctors aren’t even done stitching the mum up. 😭😭😭 God Abeg,” she tweeted, highlighting the unusual timing of the post.

But we often see things like this online where celebrities post pictures of themselves on the bed right after delivering the baby, especially abroad.

So why’s Iyabo’s own a big deal? https://t.co/NoPCOSJI8e
