Ofosu Nkansah blasts Don Paino Mallam over ‘Omo Tuo’ politics

Former Chief Executive Officer of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, has replied Don Paino Mallam amid rising tensions within the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ahead of its flagbearership race.

In a messageLovinghananews.com sighted on his Facebook page, Kofi Ofosu Nkansah called out Mallam for what he described as political hypocrisy and short-sightedness.

Drawing on their shared history, he reminded him of their school days and how differently their professional paths have evolved.

“Don Paino Mallam, you and I are age mates. We both completed SHS in 1999. I have used my intellect to achieve a lot more professionally whilst you are still being bought with omo tuo,” Nkansah stated.

He went on to accuse Mallam of inconsistency and opportunism in his political dealings, claiming that he once sought favors from the same individuals he now publicly criticizes.

“I don’t care about what you say, because I have called you out for your hypocrisy. You used to beg for opportunities from the same person you are calling names now,” he added.

Nkansah’s remarks did not stop there. He further taunted his critic for what he called a shallow, transactional approach to politics, warning that such behavior would only lead to perpetual dependence.

“With this your ‘omo tuo’ model of politics, you will continue begging like a kid forever because no one will trust you. Sia kwa,” he concluded.
