Lawyer Quayson has urged Prof Ransford Gyampo to settle his dispute with Dr George Domfeh out of court after their heated TV3 argument.
Speaking on Okay FM, he warned that legal action could revive old sexual harassment allegations from the BBC’s Sex for Grades documentary, potentially threatening Gyampo’s career.
Quayson stressed that not every conflict should go to court, advising Gyampo to resolve issues quietly to avoid unnecessary public scrutiny.
He cited the late musician Daddy Lumba’s case as a cautionary example, where legal battles made a small issue explode in the media.
Gyampo, CEO of the Ghana Shippers Authority, had demanded a retraction and apology from Domfeh over claims he slept with “underage girls,” but Quayson believes discretion is the safer path.
I don’t see the problem if a woman sleeps with her boss for a job. it’s better than staying jobless. – Big Akwess.
