GHANA must demand equal justice from all Nations. We Ghanaians are calling for fairness, reciprocity, and true diplomatic balance in every extradition matter involving our citizens.
As the U.S. requests the extradition of Abu Trica, Ghana must also insist on equal treatment in return.
Our nation has long-standing public concerns about Ken Ofori-Atta, the former Finance Minister, who many citizens believe should return home to answer questions surrounding financial mismanagement, economic decisions, and controversial policy actions during his tenure.
If Ghana is expected to release its citizens to face justice abroad, then Ghana also has the right to request the return of individuals whose actions are still raising national accountability questions.
This is not about politics.
This is about sovereignty, fairness, and the dignity of Ghana.
We refuse one-sided justice.
We demand reciprocity between nations.
We stand for transparency, accountability, and equal respect in all international legal processes.
Ghana’s voice matters. Our people matter. Our sovereignty matters.
