“Burna Boy has no integrity. A promoter contracted him for a show and he accepted then after payments were made, they put his picture on Eko Hotel road to advertise the show. Then 2-days to the show, Burna Boy called and said: ”I can’t make it, I’ll refund your money.” The show arganizer called me crying because alot of fans bought tickets because of Burna Boy. That is called bait and switch, it is frãud and the show organizer could be suêd for using Burna Boy to sell tickets then later cancelling. Luckily we reached out to Teni and she came and performed with no complaints. This was not even the first time Burna Boy was doing this, alot of show promoters in Nigeria don’t book him anymore. Now Burna Boy will tell you he refunded the money, but that show promoter lost credibility.” ~ Shade Ladipo
